**Summary**: This webinar from the National Center for Equitable Care for Elders (NCECE), the National Center for Health in Public Housing (NCHPH), and the National LGBTQIA+ Health Education Center will focus on integrated solutions for supporting older adults living with HIV to safely age in their community of choice.

***After completing this session, participants will be able to**:*

- Understand the latest data on the growing population of people aging with HIV
- Explain the value of stable housing in supporting the health and social needs of older patients living with chronic conditions
- Implement shared strategies for offering culturally competent referrals to available housing services and community supports
