# National Health Center T/TA Needs Assessment Open for Input! #### calendar\_today Date and Time **September 12 - October 31, 2018** 11:55AM - 11:55AM EDT About the National Needs Assessment: The Health Resources and Services Administration’s Bureau of Primary Health Care (HRSA/BPHC) has requested the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) to conduct a national health center needs assessment in collaboration with the [20 National Cooperative Agreement (NCA) organizations](https://www.healthcenterinfo.org/our-partners/). Health center response to the needs assessment will inform the development of operational training and technical assistance (T/TA) provided by the 20 NCA organizations to health centers. The information received from the assessment will inform future T/TA planning, development, dissemination, and evaluation to best support health center operational needs. Objectives: This consolidated Needs Assessment will: - Minimize Health Center burden by reducing the number of needs assessments deployed. - Increase Health Center ease in response through a more streamlined needs assessment. - Identify training topics and preferred delivery modes to best support health centers’ delivery of high quality care through improved operations. Who should complete the assessment: All health center staff members are strongly encouraged to participate and provide feedback from all levels of the organization. How to complete the assessment: The assessment will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete.
