**Summary**: Join us for this webinar on advancing telehealth practices to better serve community-dwelling older adults. This session will highlight key developments and best practices in age-inclusive telehealth delivery, drawing on the work of the Collaborative for Telehealth & Aging. Participants will explore Principles and Guidelines for Telehealth & Aging —a strategic framework designed to help providers and administrators enhance care for older adults and their caregivers through telehealth modalities. Additionally, the webinar will introduce the [Center for Excellence for Telehealth and Aging](https://ce4ta.org) (CE4TA), a specialized resource supporting healthcare leaders in adopting telehealth innovations that address the unique needs of older adults.

**After completing this session, participants will be able to**:

- Recognize the significance of age-inclusive telehealth services and their alignment with the needs, values, and preferences of older adults and their caregivers.
- Understand the three core principles of telehealth for older adults and how they translate into practical, actionable guidelines for providers.
