**Summary**: Join Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) and National Center for Equitable Care for Elders (NCECE) for a webinar that will explore approaches for fostering trust with older Asian American (AA) and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (NH/PI) health center patients to improve their mental health outcomes. In this session, guest speakers will share outreach and engagement strategies for building belonging among their AA and NH/PI elder patient populations as well as the culturally-specific context for conversations around depression care.

**Learning Objectives**:

- Describe cultural and structural factors that impact access to mental health services for older AANHPI patients
- Explain the relationship between culturally-responsive care and overall health outcomes for AANHPI elders
- Utilize shared strategies to establish trust and rapport to improve patient-centered communication Audience: Health center staff from clinical &amp; non-clinical perspectives and from all levels of leadership; Primary Care Associations; and Health Center Controlled Networks
