**Summary**: This module is designed to offer strategies for health centers to improve the oral health of older patients by addressing their unique social needs and risk factors.

**After completing this module, participants should be able to:**

- Explain oral health disparities in adults 65 years and older.
- Understand how social risk factors can negatively impact oral health in the older adult population.
- Adopt shared strategies related to addressing SDOH factors to improve the oral health of older patients.
