#  SDOH Academy Innovations Showcase Competition  

 



 **Summary**: The [**Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Academy**](https://sdohacademy.com/) invites staff of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), FQHC look-alikes, Primary Care Associations (PCAs), and other organizations working in partnership with health centers to participate in the 2022 SDOH Academy Innovations Showcase Competition: Helping Health Centers Build Healthier Communities. This interactive training opportunity will allow health centers to learn about SDOH and showcase their SDOH innovations.

 **Participants will be able to**:

 1) Watch the SDOH Academy Innovations Showcase Kick-Off Webinar [HERE](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61xRWtNAsFY)

 2) Complete three pre-recorded micro-training modules at your own pace, but by no later than March 18, 2022. To be eligible to compete in the showcase, you are required to complete the learning modules [HERE](https://sdohacademy.com/innovations-showcase-competition)

 3) Submit your innovation abstract using this submission form by March 31, 2022, at 6:00 PM (ET). Your innovation can be in the form of a video, poster, or brief document.  4) Join the SDOH Innovations Showcase Closing Webinar on May 12, 2022, at 3-4:30 PM ET (you will be automatically registered once you register for the kick-off webinar and will receive the link closer to the webinar date)
