About the Webinar
The challenges of multiple medications and complex comorbidities, including cognitive impairment, will be addressed utilizing a case presentation format in this webinar. We will provide an overall view of improving medication adherence in the population of diabetic older adults, with special consideration given to the management of these patients in the Community Health Center.
