What is Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA)?

NCECE provides grant-funded training and technical assistance (T/TA) to Community Health Centers and look-alikes committed to improving health care delivery to the older adult population. Our training and technical assistance focuses on: helping organizations assess their readiness for change and training staff to build core competencies and organizational capacities in health care integration and care coordination for older adults. Learn more about T/TA on the HRSA website.

NCECE Goals

NCECE seeks to accomplish three main goals:

  • Increase the number of elderly patients effectively served by health centers
  • Decrease the percentage of elderly patients with uncontrolled type II diabetes
  • Increase the number of health centers providing services or engaged in partnerships that address social determinants of health (SDOH).
