What is Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA)?

NCECE provides grant-funded training and technical assistance (T/TA) to health centers and look-alikes committed to improving health care delivery to the older adult population. Our training and technical assistance focuses on: helping organizations assess their readiness for change and training staff to build core competencies and organizational capacities in health care integration and care coordination for older adults. Learn more about the T/TA provided by National Cooperative Agreements on the HRSA website.

NCECE Goals

NCECE seeks to accomplish three main goals:

  • Increase the number of elderly patients effectively served by health centers
  • Decrease the percentage of elderly patients with uncontrolled type II diabetes
  • Increase the number of health centers providing services or engaged in partnerships that address social determinants of health (SDOH).
